Rapid
English offers students at risk of failing within the normal curriculum a chance to succeed. It diagnoses their problems and identifies a study path to overcome them.
The programs engage pupils who have become disillusioned or
disaffected. They learn in a completely different way from
what they have experienced so far in school. This allows them to catch up with their classmates, re-integrate, and access the curriculum.
With such pupils it is best to use the programs singly or in small groups, but once teachers are confident with the programs they can also use them successfully in whole class teaching.
Rapid English works equally well for native speakers with literacy problems and for ESOL students.
